Marry Me Brand isn’t your average jar of pasta sauce — and this isn’t your average sales job. Our small-batch gourmet sauces wear four bold, unforgettable faces that stop shoppers in their tracks, and when people actually taste what’s inside, they’re hooked. Our in-person conversion is off the charts: put a spoon in someone’s hand at a tasting and the sauce sells itself.

We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic Regional Sales Representative to carry that magic across the Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill area — getting Marry Me onto gourmet shelves and into shoppers’ hands. This is a ground-floor opportunity to own a territory in one of the best food regions in the country and be the face of a brand people genuinely fall in love with.

What you’ll do

• Sell into and maintain shelf inventory at independent gourmet and specialty stores
• Pitch new store accounts and build lasting relationships with owners and buyers
• Run engaging in-store tasting demonstrations
• Set up and sell at community market pop-up tents and local events
• Grow the Marry Me brand and its footprint across the region

Compensation

This is a 100% commission role (1099 independent contractor) with uncapped earning potential. Motivated reps with strong face-to-face energy can realistically earn $50,000–$100,000 in their first year, with room to grow as you build your territory.

Who you are

• Outgoing, personable, and genuinely enjoy talking to people
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule and territory
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Available some weekends for markets and pop-up events
• Specialty food, retail, or sales experience is a plus — personality and hustle matter more
• A love of great food (and great sauce) a big plus
